Gourdomichalis Maritime, S.A. is a ship-management company founded in 1969. Over the years the company has managed a variety of vessels including tankers and bulk-carriers up to 100,000 tons/vessel and up to 15 vessels concurrently, always trading them globally and alternating between spot and time charter employment in line with prevailing market conditions at the time.

The fleet's chartering requirements are met through Gourdomichalis & Co (Chartering) Limited, a London based company and member of the Baltic Exchange- where it also resides- for over 30 years.
